2011/2012 took many friends from me
the lessons were plentiful
life IS lessons
and lessons are life
here are a few of the important ones
love is hard, sometimes impossible
but so very worth every effort......
money cannot buy health, happiness or love....
eat 30 minutes before you wake
drink water water water
you have to MOVE to live
overindulgence is bad
injuries are humbling
selfish is ugly
self importance is stomach turning
the sea heals
shedding tears releases toxins
pups are natural antidepressants
writing heals the soul
AND
the time is NOW
what are the things that you've learned this year?
what lessons came thru loud and clear and what needs work?

I learned that hugs heal
there is never enough time but you will make time for things you value.
I learned that I need to value myself as much as I do others. I need to make time for myself as well as others.
I learned that it is hard to get moving but once up it's easy to move.
Change is not bad and everyone is constantly learning.
I learned that the hurt of loss never really goes away but sometimes time and a smile can make it hurt a little less.
I learned that you are right and love is worth it.
