Habits- are like rabbits (cute but they multiple quickly)

New Habits to start in 2015



  1. Green tea - fuck, the benefits are amazing..... try to drink it everyday....switch to Oolong after 6 weeks (does the same thing for you ) Switch back and forth every 6 weeks
  2. Walking- each and every day (easy when you have a dog )
  3. Being grateful- stop and think about everything you have. SECRET- things DON'T count. Feeling happy COUNTS.
  4. Water, water and more water- this is a tough habit because TRUST ME, you don't drink enough. Add lemon for extra health benefits.
  5. Dance everyday- Music sooooothes the savage beast- and holy FUCK, TRUST me- I can be SAVAGE without it.
